Welcome to MAHA Fit. By accessing or using our mobile application and website (mahafit.us), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our services.

1. Use of Service

MAHA Fit provides fitness-related content including workout plans, nutrition guides, and educational articles. Our services are intended for informational and educational purposes only.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

2. Health Disclaimer

MAHA Fit is not a medical provider. The content provided through our app and website — including workout plans, nutrition guides, and health articles — is for general informational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program, diet, or wellness regimen.
• If you experience any pain, discomfort, or adverse effects during exercise, stop immediately and consult a medical professional.
• Individual results may vary. Testimonials and transformations shown are individual experiences and are not guaranteed.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• MAHA Fit offers a free trial period. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription.
• All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Apple's terms of service apply to all transactions.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. For refund requests, contact Apple Support.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on MAHA Fit — including text, graphics, logos, images, workout plans, nutrition guides, and software — is owned by MAHA Fit or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
• You may not use our trademarks, logos, or brand name without authorization.
• Personal, non-commercial use of our content for your own fitness journey is permitted.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, or resell app content or subscription access
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our services
• Upload or transmit harmful code, spam, or malicious content
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• MAHA Fit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for any injury, health issue, or adverse outcome resulting from following workout plans, nutrition advice, or other content.

7. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Indemnification
